I have just got the hard copy.
Its the model of what a survey should be, comprehensive, clear and precise. In view of the potentially serious nature of the deck distortion, and the state of the teak deck, I have decided not to go ahead with the purchase.( I have to say that the vendor did not appear surprised or dismayed.....as I certainly would have been...)
As luck would have it I am off to view another 1 of these boats in Scotland, & hoping for better things.
Thanks again, I am sure you have saved me a lot of sleepless nights, anxiety and hard cash!
